USER GUIDE

To watch the stream live:

  1. Select your language from the drop down menu under the video player
  2. Select which resolution you wish to view. See our User Guide for further information on these options
  3. To start the video stream click this button
  4. You should see and hear the live stream
  5. If you cannot view the live stream you may need to upgrade your system. Visit our User Guide page to find out more
  6. To view the stream full-screen click this button
  7. To change audio volume use this slider
  8. To mute audio click this button

Please note - a user cap is in place to ensure streaming quality remains high. Pausing the live stream will disconnect you from this service; in order to retain your place please do not attempt to pause the stream.

System Requirements

The live video stream is supported on the following browsers and operating systems.

Please ensure that you are running one of the following.

Resolutions

The live stream and on-demand videos will be available in two resolutions:

  1. High-res: Recommended. Requires 1.5Mbit/s speed internet connection.
  2. Low-res: Choose this option if you are experiencing buffering with the High-res stream, or where your internet connection is below 1Mbit/s.

Live Streaming User Cap

A user cap is in place to ensure streaming quality remains high. Pausing the live stream will disconnect you from this service; in order to retain your place please do not attempt to pause the stream.

On-Demand Video File Format

On-demand video downloads will be delivered in MP4 file format. This file can be played on your local drive by using Quicktime, VLC or Windows Media Player, or any alternative permitting H264 codec.
